Regarding Our Services

For Mail-Ins:

All sales are final. There are no refunds for our services or shipping fees.  However, we choose to work with clients on a case-by-case basis. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our sharpening or other services, please email us within three (3) business days of receiving your items with your Order Number. We will be happy to re-check the item serviced, one time, free of charge. We do not reimburse for return shipping.

We will be happy to re-check the item serviced, one time, free of charge. We do not refund discounts.

*SPECIAL NOTE: If an item is deemed "un-sharpenable," we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your Order. Mobile Sharpening clients will be notified same day.
