We provide straight forward service  directly to you.

Our process is simple and we walk you through it every step of the way with regular email updates.

1.   Visit our Shop to add Items for Sharpening

1a.   Choose the corresponding service for your needs and add to the cart per item to be serviced

For example, if you have "25" clipper blades to be sharpened, add "25" of these items to your cart. This will be shipped via a Small Flat Rate box, length total 8"​​

                    1b.   Return shipping is estimated at time of checkout. Additional shipping costs may incur to ensure safe shipping of your return order. Free return shipping on orders over $100. â€‹

SPECIAL NOTE: Please include your Order Number. If using multiple boxes, please include your Order Number on each box in blue or black ink.

1c.   We recommend that you pack your items securely and in a size appropriate flat-rate box (Small, Medium, or Large). 

All USPS flat-rate boxes are FREE of charge; you just pay the shipping for "if it fits, it ships." USPS Flat rate boxes also include some insurance coverages automatically as well as provide tracking abilities for your package.

1d.   We recommend that you wrap your blades, clippers, shears, etc. in newspaper, paper towels, butcher paper or bubble wrap to ensure their safety in the mail. Please package your items securely to ensure your tips are protected during shipping.

SPECIAL NOTE: per the USPS, all knives must be in a sheath (i.e. cardboard) prior to shipment. 

We are not responsible for damages caused by mail services to or from our facility.


2.   Make payment to Mountain Crest Sharpening via the following

2a.   Via Website with a Major Credit Card  

2b.   You will receive a confirmation email from us informing you of the PO Box to ship your order. Please check your spam box for info@mountaincrestsharpening.com if you have not received an email within 24 hours of your order.


3. Flat-rate ship your items to us for service

  3a.   Please refer back to Step 1

3b.   We, Mountain Crest Sharpening, hold no personal nor legal responsibility

for damage to items either being shipped to us or from us.

We take all possible precautions prior to shipment to ensure safe delivery.   

3c.   Shipping address will be emailed to client upon payment of services as a confirmation of payment received.


4.   Upon completion, we will reach out to you when we are ready to ship back

4a.   This process usually takes approximately 5 business days from time the package is received from you, the client, via USPS flat-rate services.

4b.   If you have chosen a service that requires additional parts for your repair/maintenance for completion,

we will send you an email confirmation of final payment being processed. An itemized receipt will be included for work completed.


5.   Order received by a satisfied customer! 

5a.   All items returned after work is completed.

Please inform us of any questions.

5b.   It’s a fact - blades run out on us. If we find a blade to be "un-sharpenable",

we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to resolve
